I had this fabric and didn’t know what to do with it, so I decided to make a blouse. I like the top of Butterick dress pattern B5780 and thought I would use it and make some adjustments for a Top.
I am happy with the results, now I made it as a dress and now a Top. I know you can’t have enough tops and you can’t find lots of patterns for what you want. I say use dress pattern with some tweek it a bit.

Great idea! The lines of the neck work really well as a top, and with the fabric you’ve chosen. Looks great :-)
