I made this skirt ages ago and just got around to post it. I had this vision of this skirt in parachute fabric and i had to walk ,practicably into every store in the street in order to find the fabric of my dreams ( which happens quite a lot actually ), eventually i found it and it was certainly worth it.
It gives the skirt that certain crispiness which i was looking for. I gave it a light blue sateen lining
which gives it a slight glow threw the white fabric and n extra body. Beside gathering all the materials, it was an easy project to make. While taking the pictures, my dear cat was posing around me, so i honored her with a pic of her own.
