How challenging was it to sew spandex? Did you have to use a serger? I was planning of using it for a catsuit to be some sort of super hero (you make one catsuit and every year you can be a different super hero) but the necessary fabric frightened me…Can I go for it?

the spandex was actually really easy to sew; much easier than the cotton jersey I tried first. It’s stretchy but holds its shape really well when you’re sewing with it. I’ve done a couple projects in spandexy stuff and I’m pretty much a beginner. Good luck!!

and no, didn’t use a serger, just a regular sewing machine w/ a zigzag stitch.
