Description
Short white wool jacket made using Simplicity 3631 (the SewStylish pattern) as part of my Fall-Winter/07 Collection. Read more about it and see more photos at http://www.fehrtrade.com/gallery/59/jedi-master
Material Notes
White coating from a free designer bundle from fabric.com. I suspect it may be wool, but it’s very soft and has a distinctive chevron pattern on one side, which I turned inside to have a softer outside look. Buttons are pearlised and from a vintage stall on Broadway Market.

REEEEALLY love this, there’s a similar pattern in the Burda World of Fashion magazine, Number 8/2007, that I want to try. It’s a really elegant, clean look, which capes generally aren’t. you did a beautiful job.

I love it! The shape of the jacket is just great, and it looks really good on! Julietta, you could also take a look at www.naaipatronen.nl it’s a Dutch website selling loads of sewing patterns, including Simplicity. The site is in Dutch, but there is a ‘Kundenservice’ button, click that to get information in German.

Julietta, you can buy it off Simplicity.com – just click the EU flag in the top left, then select Euros from the drop-down list. Pattern 3631 is 11 euros and they charge 2.50 for shipping to Germany. :)

I absolutely love it! Especially the pattern. Too bad that we can’t buy Simplicity patterns in Germany. I guess I have to stock up on my next trip to the states.
