I made this scarf when my mother-in-law hinted that she would like a white ruffle scarf made with a shimmer yarn. That made my job easy. I made this scarf with a baby weight yarn, and it took exactly two balls. I literally finished the scarf with just enough yarn left to thread the ends. I based this scarf off a pattern I found on the internet, but it wasn’t quite what I wanted, so I altered it. She really seems to like it, so success!
