I got the idea for this dress from Burda style mag #104, but used a different pattern.
I found a pattern in an old Burda magazin and with a little change I came up with this dress. Originally I wanted to sell it but kinda like it a lot, so I’m keeping it. Made out of cotton blend shirting fabric with lot of little circle applique on the bottom.
cotton blend lining china silk

This is very cool! Are the circle edges finished off in any way?

Thanks! I fused two layers together, this way it’s not going to fray to much. But I hope it gets a little messier after I wash it.

This is so pretty. I can see where you got the inspiration but I have to say I like your version much better.
