I made this blouse couple of years ago. Always planned to make a pencil skirt with it. Finally last summer I cut it and this spring I finished it:) Better later then never! I used a basic skirt pattern, made the waist a little higher and added two machine embroidered line on the front and back. Has a back slit and zipper.
The skirt is stretch cotton. The blouse is silk chiffon with hand painted pearl color dots. Back then I was into silk painting:)
