This is the Burda WOF pattern, 1/2008 #108.
The piping alterations were inspired by the images I saw on the same site, where this beautiful girl made the same blouse using the pattern, and I liked it a lot! Look at

My mom was very pleased with the result (she got the blouse). Keen eye could see that I made button holes on the left side, instead on the right, but my mom didn’t mind it :). Also, I slightly reduced the puff on the sleeves (if that’s a proper description :)), since the original pattern makes the wide shoulders effect.
