This Dirndl dress is based on the Burda pattern 7443 Folklore Dirndl. This is my very first dirndl I made this spring for German dancing and to wear to all the fun Oktoberfests! I was inspired by this dress I found online, so the colors and style was inspired by that. I love all the couture dirndls, they are just so romantic. I do have a very fluffy petticoat and bloomers under my dirndls. The blouse is my own design. It was really fun to make.
This is made is all quality quilters cottons.
Plan a weekend getaway in these sweater dresses and furry accessories.
