I wanted a jacket in this style (short, motorcycle, but simple) for a long time. Due to my figure (short, tiny waist, large bust ratio) I never found one that I both liked, fitted well and was affordable for my student wallet.
So when I saw this fabric I knew I had to have it and I immediately knew what I wanted to use it for.
I drafted the pattern myself according to my own measurments, so now I have a jacket with long enough sleeves that fits me both in the waist and the bust! Hurray!
