Description
I really like the Wenlan pattern, and I once merged it with the JJ pattern to make a blouse.
Well, here is another extension of that lovely pattern combination – The Wenlan JJ hybrid dress!
I used the Wenlan pattern for the body extending it to dress length, and adding ruffles to the collar and under the bib. I then added the sleeves from the JJ pattern and also in there are some pockets, darts and a lovely tie back.
One of my favourite double variations!
*Apologies for the photo of the back. There seemed to be some kind of solar flare happening outside when I took this and no amount of photoshop would fix it

What a wonderful fusion of the two patterns! Did you add the pockets in the side seam? I love the tie back, the ruffled bib and the color of the fabric. Cotton, I guess? Great work.
