Burda Style For people who sew
Description
I made the dress in a size 10 but ended up taking the side seams in quite a bit since it looked way too baggy. The pointy corners of the yoke were quite tricky and I’m not so happy about the way they turned out, but you only see it from very close.

Well done! This is totally the nicest version I’ve seen of this pattern. You have inspired me to buy this pattern, I already have three other Built by Wendy patterns. They seem to need a bit of adaption, as you have here, but they are great bases. Love your colour/fabric combo.

This is gorgeous!!! I had to make this pattern three times before i was happy with the yoke (and I ended up leaving out the facing). I love this!

Nice job on the pointed yoke. I made a dress with that pattern a little over a year ago. I found the yoke to be a A PAIN IN THE NECK. lol
I like how you broke it up with different fabrics and took it in to make it slimmer.

I love the Built By Wendy Patterns. You did a great job with the triangular yoke. I made one like yours with the contrasting but I will not dare post because seriously on ME it looks like a bad superhero outfit.
