Description

Bits & pieces of scraps used to make tiny addition to greeting card or as gift enclosure. Could be valance on a clothesline for kitchen, a refrigerator decoration, maybe a dress for the dish detergent or even a tiny apron tree. Please do not laugh at the latter because I have an “airplane tree” in our front hall! (Photo #3!)
I am in the midst of completeing a doll & the idea sort of popped out when I was viewing apron created for my first attempt.
This was truly fun to do. Would have made this a group project if my grandchildren were nearer in miles! Thrifty fifties’ project-Mama will be proud!
Not utilitarian – kind of a whim whimsical thing. Have a few more cut to go….

Not quite a true sewing project like your Red Wing covers, but, thank you!
