I was more than honered when I was asked to “remake” a wedding dress for my best friend’s new sister-in-law!!! She loved the beautiful beaded corset bodice but didn’t like the skirt, so I ripped off the entire skirt and replaced it with a very full tulle princess skirt!! Underneath the 40 yards of tulle is a hoop skirt, dress lining with petticoat net for more volume, and the dress skirt made of bridal satin. The bodice was a couple of inches too small so I did also add a panel on each side of the back to make it bigger for her. This is by far the most proud I’ve ever been of any of my projects. I loooove the results and the bride did too!!
Tulle, Bridal Satin, Bridal Lining, Petticoat Netting, Bias Tape, Interfacing, Hoop Skirt, Beads
