For my friends’ wedding, I started with the bride dress, bag and shrug.
She wanted something just like her: fun, light, sexy and unusual.
this was a true nightmare: we did everything by the book, but 2 days before the wedding the dress didn’t fit.
So I cut in it to save evrything I could, and made a new one. It was finished the day before, at 11 on the evening. And she loved it, ouf.
This was the difficult part, but I also helped her to sew her lover’s shirt, and he asked me to sew a vest for him, using some wax fabric
I used Rae’s Buttercup bag pattern, a shirt pattern from Burda, a Shrug pattern from Simplicity and the man’s vest is a coyp one owned by the groom
