this dress was made out of brocade material. then u will need lining for the inside for the top part .

Great fabric choice! This design looks so beautiful on but I couldn’t imagine that anything would look bad on you! Your friend did a very nice job on the pictures too! Overall a great look!

This was a really beautiful result for a first time project! I love the color combination too and details as the scalloped bottom instead of a traditional hem or invisible hem. I am not surprised it took you quite a bit of time, as that fabric probably wasn’t the easiest you could have chosen for a first project, great that you are up for a challenge! Just keep on sewing and details will be more and more beautiful up close for every time, practice and a bit of patience does make perfect when it comes to sewing! :)
