I made this for a friend who was going to a shabby chic themed wedding. Initially I used the Burda pattern as a toile, but then I drafted up a version from drawing round a waistcoat that he already has, which worked really well.
Used Liberty tana lawn for the whole waistcoat, patterned for front and facings, then plain for the back and lining.
