Burda Style For people who sew
Description
the tomatoe is so plain. i wanted a pincushion that was eyecatching. i hand stitched all of it. i tried to make it look like a rustic doll. maybe the next one i make i will used unbleached musslin or tea dye a white cotton fabric. the stuffing is polyfill. i wanted to use emery for the arms and legs so i could use those spots to maintain sharpness of the needles, but i didn’t get any in time so they are just stuffed.
