I have wanted this pattern for a long time, and finally Hancock had a sale for 3.99! And, I got the lanst pattern, and it was my size! Cha-ching! So, I made it our of rayon challis, which is so light and drapey, I love it for spring and summer. I think it makes me look boob-less and square, but it super comfortable and I know I will wear it a lot here in New Orleans! I also handpicked the zipper and self-lined the bodice and made the ties doubled so there were no visible seams, which I hate and I think makes stuff look very “home-made”. More pictures here!

I’ve been looking at this pattern for ages- but in the picture featured on the pattern envelope the back bow and full skirt look just a little too big for a day-dress. Your creation has changed my mind. It looks comfy and very feminine- so don’t worry about looking square! Think I’ll be getting hold of this very soon.

I’ve been looking for a pattern just like this! I love the look of it, especially the neckline!
