This looks fabulous ! I made this dress some time ago and didn’t go for black, wanted to try a different colour and chose a sort of beigey/creamy coloured leaf patterened jersey. I regret it now, think it looks a lot classier in black ! Well done :-))

I made a muslin version of this dress in a heavier weight knit and plan to use a lighter weight jersey as well.

This is my all time favorite pattern from vogue!!! Love it! I wish I would have the back to wear this.It’s nice to see it made anyways. Very nice work!

So glad someone actually attemped this – I have the same pattern in my pattern library but was intimidated by the rate of difficulty – advanced. Was it difficult to put together? Any tips to better work through the pattern? I’d like to try this too, someday….

It really wasn’t that difficult to sew, a little time consuming, detailed. I’ll be making this again in black for a friend that spotted the dress in my sewing room.

Very elegant. Even though in dark brown, it looks like my favourite pattern-idea of the Little Black Dress. I am jealous. How can I have missed buying this pattern?
