UPDATE***
I have located the pattern-it is Vogue Patterns NY/NY 2762.
However, it has been discontinued, but I think you can write to vogue patterns and they may be able to help you.
The original pattern is for tops and skirt-I combined one of the tops and the skirt to make it into a dress.
Good Luck!
I’m sorry, I can’t seem to remember the pattern # off of the top of my head, but this is a ready-made pattern you can buy at any JoAnns- I think it includes a top, dress and skirt.
Anyway, I had originally made this for my 21st birthday but only wore it once, so I decided to revamp it for my trip to HK with jet black beading on the sleeves and back (not shown).
(I was in HK for a grand wedding-actually, a three-part affair. I wore this one to the Banquet, and Madison to the ceremony).
