This pattern said that it was only supposed to be moderate stretch fabrics only. Well, I didn’t have any and that sort of fabric tend to be very expensive, so I used a deep purple (yes, it is purple despite coming out as lilac in the pictures) Georgette fabric I had and contrast it with the green and purple fabric I found in an Asian shop (for scarves). I had to make a size 16 of this dress for a size 14 with this fabric and even so, I’ll have to hit the gym big time or stop breathing. hahahaha
It was really easy to make apart from the damned hem! Oh, how I hate hemming sometimes! lol
I still have to add the zipper which I forgot to buy, but I couldn’t wait to show it off. Just like an impatient child :-)
