1) MAKE THE SHELL Use the pieces you’ve cut from the shell fabric. With right sides together, stitch the bodice front (A) to skirt front (B) along the waistline. Remember, this pattern has just a 1/2” seam allowance throughout. Press the seam up towards neck.
With right sides together, stitch sideseams and press them open. Do the hem now. Turn the bottom edge under ½” and press. Then turn it under again and stitch. Leave the shell inside out.
