I have to say, that Virginia Woolf was onto something when she said:

I felt like I looked nice today, nicer lately in general. And it’s not a terrible feeling.
Not at all.
The bones of the skirt come from BWOF 8/2009 110.
I made some mods. No pleats or belt loops, and I shortened it quite a bit.
