Description
My entry in the Vintage Modern Design Challenge. I decided to go with Option 3 and the sateen blouse pattern. My inspiration was to be “librarian chic”, so I added the bow tie collar, the lace panel in the back, and the shirring around the waist to give it a more flattering shape.
