Here’s my entry to the challenge.
I chose option 3, and made the skirt and the top, plus a little capelet.
For the skirt, I put the pleats on the sides instead of the middle: 3 towards the front, and one towards the back. I adjusted the lenght to my knees, to keep a vintage feeling.
For the top, I made it in cream jersey, and added lace. It’s very comfortable, and the lace is so cute!
I omitted the cuffs, I thought it wouldn’t match the lace.
The capelet is a semi circle with a little collar. (self drafted)
jersey, gabardine, lace, zipper, hooks and eyes.
It's time to enter for our grand prize, an EX100 machine PLUS a trip to Nashville!
