Description
I made this up for my birthday, which happened to be on Friday the 13th. This dress wasn’t anything but lucky. I had a great summer day in the city in the dress and lots of compliments. I also got to play around with the cams of my vintage singer to do some diamond stitching around the waist for a mid-century retro detail. More at Vintage Bobbin

Since seeing your dress I will pull that muslin out and finish what I had started a few months back. I started making the muslim and the amount of bulk on the top from all of the gathering turned me off!! Will put this one back on my agenda!! Love yours..
