This dress is really cute. I used new fabric (if I could have found some vintage gingham I most certainly would’ve preferred to use it) however, I used my old favorite Butterick 5748 but added cute little bows at the base of the bust darts on the waistline. I also added some half puffed little sleeves which I just measured & made to fit around the top of the armhole. I used shirring elastic to gently gather in the lower part of the sleeve
