A little while ago, I found this picture in a vintage magazine. A lovely shirtwaist with a very unusual skirt with tiers and gores.
I drafted my own pattern to look like it. In this blog post I explain how to make that skirt. It’s not difficult, just a bit more work than a normal two tier skirt.
