York, United Kin...

A mohair cardigan I knitted up from an 80’s pattern. I’m currently working through all of my mum’s old knitting patterns they are so much more exciting than the newer ones!

I love your cardigan! I’ve been lucky the last couple of years, to have collected a lot of old sewing- and knitting patterns. Try and visit your local thrift shops regularly. I do it once every month all over the city and I usually find some good stuff. It’s so much fun! :-)

It must be so soft! I’ve finished my fist knitting project this year – a simple scarf : ) I’m jealous because your mother hasn’t thrown away her old patterns. Mine did…

She tried to clear out and i fought to keep them!
Sadly she cleared out her old sewing patterns years ago before i was old enough to argue :(
