I am working on a pattern for this at the mo. It is a prototype in Liberty Wiltshire Tana Lawn. It was inspired by 1950s vintage patterns and garments. Check out my blog and etsy shop for info: http://goldfinchandeagle.blogspot.com/

This is really cute. I think the dressier, more-tailored versions of the playsuit are much more versatile and flattering than all the shirred and elasticized versions I’m seeing recently (although I admit I do own two of those. They’re great for the beach/pool)

The pattern and the fabric go so well together — great job — I just bought some liberty fabric as well, and I can’t wait to sew it up. Thanks for this inspiring idea.
