I had this idea for a dress for a while. Then I got the new Treads Magazine in the mail. It had an article about how to make a strapless dress. I used a vintage pattern that I got at www.etsy.com. The original has straps and buttons down the back so I added a zipper on the side and a built in corset to hold the dress up. The dress turned out great! It’s so comfortable and there’s no way it’s going to fall down or shift.
