Description

I made this super hip hat with matching belt and cuff for a super hip friend in Vancouver. I came up with this design a couple of years ago and now have an addiction to collecting ties. I have made quite a few now and often get commissions for custom hats and belts.
I think these accessories would go with many of the Modcloth garments, but if I had to choose my favorite it would be ’Here’s looking at you blue tunic’

I think the simplicity of the dress would show off the sharp lines of the hat/belt and add some head turning details to the garment. It may be better in a different though, like brown.

Thank you! This is the first time I’ve posted anything but thought I’d give it a try.
Yes, it is sometimes scary cutting into fabrics that you really love in case you make a big mistake. I usually practice on the ties I don’t like like so much.
