I bought this cloth napkin at Goodwill for $0.50 at goodwill almost a year ago. Had no idea at the time what I would do with it I just really loved the colors. There were no others. It was just a single item all by itself. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago when I saw a top on etsy that I loved with a square sailor type collar and I knew exactly what I wanted to do with the napkin. First I made one of my pleated tops (non-reversible) then I pinned the napkin to the top and trimmed it to fit the neckhole. I sewed it on and understitched and was done. Not bad for a fifty cent thrifted napkin!
Leopard and snakeskin are the new neutrals.
