Description

I found an awesome GIGANTIC 70’s mumu in a thrift store, that I just couldn’t pass up- it had round pockets for god sakes! So, I fashioned into a button-front, knee left skirt, and moved the pockets to the front. There was fading from where I moved the pockets, and it ended up looking like perfectly placed butt stains- haha. :) Super comfortable, and was easy to make!

Very cool. I am also into vintage material. Have a pile of it at home and am always a bit scared to cut it. The nice thing about it is the pattern can be really easy and usually those things look the best anyway. By the way, what is a mumu?

Hi! Haha, a mumu is basically a really huge fitting “house dress”. I almost had enough fabric to make a circle skirt if that tells you anything! :)
