This tiered, creamy, off-white, vintage lace skirt used to be curtain panels in a sunny bedroom. I rescued them at a garage sale for about a quarter a piece…..It was so easy to make because the scalloped edge was already finished, and they were exactly the right width. I just added lining and elastic, and was ready to go. Very fun, easy fall break project!
curtain panels, cotton lining, elastic (about 1 inch wide)
