A wisp of a dress, inspired by the ’30s and made from Simplicity pattern 2360. Cotton-silk voile is my favorite apparel fabric: it has a beautiful drape, is soft, and easy to sew!
I’m not sure it’ll be appropriate for cooler weather but layered with thick black tights and a wooly cardigan I’m sure it could work!

The shape is beautiful, I love the fabric, it looks really romantic. Is the fabric a bit sheer?

Thanks! Yes, the fabric is a little sheer; I’d wear it with a slip for sure!

This is so delicate and lovely. Would never have imagined this out of that pattern so you must have a great eye! :)

That collar is definitely 1930s, especially in those colours. Gorgeous!

Thank you so much! The dotted collar may be my favorite part. :)
