I made this dress for wearing it this summer, Unfortunately weather really sucked! didnt have opportunity for wearing it.
before throwing away summer clothes, i wanted to take some pics of this gorgeous dress. i made it using a pattern from PATRONES MAGAZINE.
the dress has two drapped straps that are fastened on the armpits, crisscrossed at the front where I make a bow and added a nice coral flowere, just for giving it a little bit of color. (not too keen on plain dark colors) I think I could wear it on fall with a nice cardigan.
Back zippered and added a peticoat for giving it this vintage style

What a lovely dress! Love the pattern on the fabric. Such a shame you never got to wear it, there is always next year!

Great job! An interesting fabric, and I love how you’ve used it.
I don’t like the flower right in the middle, though. It looks like it’s sprouting out of your belly button! It would look lovely off to the side, I think.

Thanks, I will try it without the flower!

I was just thinking this myself. The dress is gorgeous, but I’m not a fan of the flower

What an amazing job you did of highlighting the uniqueness of the pattern in the print with folds, etc. Well done and lovely!
