I made this adorable Sweet Lolita skirt with vintage fabric my mom gave me! It’s a light ivory with dusty rose bows, and trimmed with white eyelet lace and pink grosgrain ribbon. The waist bow is detachable. It has waist ties that button on, and is full enough to fit a typical Lolita petticoat. Since this is an earlier project, it isn’t lined, but the edges are all completely finished.
I originally made this skirt with different trim, but as I got more into the fashion and better at design, I updated the design with better lace and ribbon. I think it looks much better now!

Amazing!
What kind of pattern is used for these kinds of skirts?

A simple trapezoid or rectangle works just fine for a skirt of this style.
