Burda Style For people who sew
Description
I really find that classical blouses don’t flatter me, so I was happy to find this vintage Simplicity pattern. I had to grade it down one size, but that wasn’t much of a problem.
The blouse closes with buttons at the back, which isn’t quite easy to do without any help but still possible.
For construction, I followed the vintage pattern instructions, which raised the question of why facings back then have not been interfaced themselves, but directly at the garment, whereas today it is always recommended to interface the facing itself. I hope to get the solution one day.
