Description

The whole dress was shaped around the fabric, which is simple quilter’s cotton with a beautiful blue print. Since the print is both bright and busy, I wanted a really simple design for the dress. I took the bodice from a vintage Butterick pattern, and then gave it a scoop neck and then made the short sleeves into elbow sleeves.
