My mother sent me a length of beautiful mohair silk knit, and I wanted to make it into something fabulous, but not so special that I couldn’t wear it every day. Enter Tanit-Isis’s fabulous 50s shrug pattern. It’s perfect and I love it so much. I did trial the pattern in a houndstooth burnout knit first – also fabulous. What a great pattern!
