A cotton Vintage 1950’s Summer dress that I made. I loved making the bound button holes.

This is a vintage Vogue pattern. I was totally going through a 1950’s phase, and was collecting and buying vintage patterns from eBay, and different pattern sites. You should see some of the ball gown patterns I have! YARDS AND YARDS of fabric to make them! Hemming that much fabric by hand (which is what I ALWAYS do) can take forever! I am in the process of deciding what to make for my 15th wedding anniversary celebration. I am not sure if I want a real full skirt…or more of a mermaid silhouette.
