the vest was made last year, and the skirt yesterday out of leftover fabric (that’s why the plaid doesn’t line up. not preferred, but tolerable).
my own pattern was used for the vest, and the skirt is super simple, so it didn’t require one.
note: i scored that Little Mermaid flat sheet for $1. favorite. lining. ever.
also, i apologize for the varying colours in the photos… unfortunately, photography is not my strong suit.
vest: lightweight stretch denim, Little Mermaid flat sheet, wooden buttons.
skirt: the same denim (yes, i’ve used this in 342 projects), cotton seersucker, muslin for the pocket bags.
