i allways liked vests! and as i had the pattern for the jason-vest allready, i just started and tried to “modify” a few things.
for this project i used a very old pair of levis (my favorite ones) these are the very light blue parts!!-i had to cut around the massively destroid parts and used for the contrast bits of a pair of jeans i once bought and never wore (the dark part of the vest). to contrast all this, i used a very vivid colored green and blue lining in cotton. (the buttons are covered with the same material.
i also changed the way, the pokets are a little, as i like them this way better than in the original pattern.
as i have never ever done a lining in any of my selfmade things, i am quite proude with the result.
2 old pairs of jeans (one light and one very dark blue), lining in very light cotton in green and blue, covered buttons (selfmade), to silver rings for the backsite belt

hi marlon! thank you very much for your compliments. i would love to make one for you….. but if i look at your beautiful things you created allready, i think you would be able to do one on your own very easily.

Great job, Ralf. Those types of pockets are difficult, but it looks like you did them perfectly. Good work.
