A vintage cranberry red dress made with a sweetheart neckline, ribbon bows, and a wide “v” cummerbund panel. Puffed sleeves and ruching finish off the look, and the whole design is very “circa 1944”. I used a vintage pattern from the ’40s for this design, and the hat is an original 1940s piece which was purchased in London. More pictures and a full pattern review on my blog
