I wanted to make a skirt, but I didn’t feel like printing and cutting out a pattern (or buying one). The pattern was super easy – a small rectangle for the waistband (doubled), a large gathered rectangle for the skirt (lined) and a zipper up the back. I sewed the entire thing by hand because I don’t have access to a machine, so it was wonderful to practice hand sewing!
1 1/4 yds printed cotton fabric
1 yd lining
