Asd soon as I saw the pattern on Burdastyle I knew I would make it one day… for years the pattern lay on my desktop, then finally at the start of last year, I decided this is the time. I found some of this lovely dark blue velvet, which I thought would be a good substitute for the material suggested. Seriously, this is one of my favourite clothes now. Every time I pull it out of the wardrobe, I think “Oh yeah, this!” and immediately change into it.
this was the second time I put in a jeans zip – I’m getting better at it! and the first time I ever did in seam pockets. So a few new skills picked up.
Thanks Karl!
Dark blue velvet ( think it might be meant for habadashery but who cares), turquoise cotton for pockets, blue buttons, zip
