Description

A shrug made out of a pair of trousers. How I sewed the lining and how to cut the trousers is pictured here.

Material Notes

I used velvet trousers but denm or other materials work fine.

This is fascinating! I am keen to try it. Could you explain a little more about the bit where you sew the two legs together? Do you end up with one side (the back?) joined with a straight seam and the other (front?) with the large shape out of it? Thanks for posting this – any extra details/a pic of the back would be fantastic!
