This is a garment I created for my collection featuring Hubble Space Telescope prints. To feature the prints, the silhouettes are kept relatively simple – in this case, Vela is an a-line dress with a scooped neckline and racer-eqsue back. This is a very simple dress to put together and is not that difficult to draft either!
My lovely roommate modeled the garment for me while we ran around my college campus, which is in full bloom right now! I have no idea what the sculpture is supposed to represent, but it provided an excellent backdrop!
There are other and larger versions of the pictures on my blog, if you want to take a look!
